Debt that should have been eliminated
I don't understand why my debt to Lane Bryant is still showing in my report when it should have been eliminated by the bankruptcy filed earlier this year. How do I go about getting this removed?

You can't!

You had the account and it was part of your credit history at the time you filed bankruptcy.  Only the passage of time (7 years after "date of last activity") will remove it.

Your bankruptcy attorney should have told you about this and included the fact that filing a bankruptcy is not a "fresh start", but is a black mark on your credit score that requires you to rebuild your credit history from the beginning....as if you never had any credit...and you really have to do some work to rebuild it.
