dead persons credit cards on my credit report
he passed away 2010 and i was just a signer on them and they were all notified.

If you were just an authorized user on the cards and no longer are you can contact the credit bureaus reporting the accounts and ask them to remove them. The three credit bureaus are Transunion, Equifax and Experian and they all have websites with contact info. Be aware that you may cause damage to your scores if these accounts are being shown in good standing on your reports.
