When a company go out of business, then put they close my account.  Will it affect my credit worthiness or score.  how will this impact?

Someone will be taking over the accounts because they are 'receivables' on the company books, therefore a cash income that could be used in payment of the company debts. You will likely be hearing from someone in the near future.

In the meantime, you may want to start saving the money you would have been paying on this account so that, when you hear from the next collector on this account, you might have enough to make an acceptable 'pay for delete' negotiation.
