CreditOne Bank pre-approved
I received an unsolicited CC from CreditOne Bank. I did not activate the card...however I received a bill for $81.95 for enrollment. WTF? I was a big fan of Credit Karma until this. Im fairly certain it's a result of me trying to improve my credit score and logging into this sight regularly to do so. Not happy.

Credit Karma does not provide your information to credit card companies.  Your information was supplied to Credit One from the credit bureau itself.   They request a list from the credit bureau of individuals with a select Credit Score rate and average age of accounts.   Once they had this list, they send out the pre-qualification forms to prospective clients.   It is not normal for them to send out the actual credit card without validation and application.   If you did not make application, you should return their credit card and letter with an enclosed letter that you did not authorize the application and that the account should be closed and that all reference to yourself and account be deleted and include information that it should not be provided to the credit bureau.   The letter should go certified mail and you should retain a copy for a potential later dispute with the credit bureau itself.   You can opt out of any pre-screening of credit cards.  The information is required to be listed on every pre-qualification.   You may want to read the substantial reviews on this website and others regarding Credit One.   They routinely have a yearly fee as well as monthly maintenance fee associated with accounts.

anyone that googles credit one bank knows they are a crap company and NOBODY SHOULD USE THEM.

Now if this was truely unsolicited CC and you have received a Bill already,   run as fast as you can to CFPB.ORG.
