If you have read the articles on this site, you would know what to do, and that rapid increases in credit scores are not too likely.  I learned a lot and have benefitted greatly, but nothing improved within a month.

It all depends on what is on your credit report.  Do you have charge offs, any public records, and high amount on credit cards?  If you don't have a credit card get one, with your score it will end up being a secured card but keep your utilization lower than 30% that will help your score a little.  Also see if there is anything old enough that can be removed from your credit report.
