Credit Score Drop
I recently paid off several small credit card debts (yay). I now only have one credit card with a balance ($3600). I charged $150 to my Care Credit account for a dental procedure, but paid it in full. I have both Credit Karma (duh) and a paid subscription to FICO for my FICO Score 8. I got a notification from CK and FICO that my Transunion score dropped by 34 points because of my small Care Credit charge, even though I paid it off in full. Mind you, I know that it takes a month for credit card companies to update the agencies. My question is why would such a small charge cause my score to drop that much? This is not the first time I've used my Care Credit either and have never been late with it. Any info?
