Is your name on a Rental agreement, if so you will need to have it removed.
Is your name on on a Mortgage, if so your ex will need to refinance. ( if they dont you are still on the hook for the loan if they default )

Is your name on any credit cards as a user or as a Joint Account?  you need to have it take off.

Any credit Cards in your name with your spouse on the same account,  you will need to have them removed.

Any Joint Banking accounts with your name,   get it off or if they do a over draft you will be on the hook for it also.

Get your name off as much as you can as soon as you can,  don't let it drag out,

Get everything in writing so you have proof that things are done or will get done,   when someone says they will do it,  have a date of when it will be done.   Hold them to the date.

I'm sure there is more, but best to make sure you are covered.
