My credit has improved I also got a credit one card

You could cancel one this year and then wait until next year to cancel the other, just do it before your annual fee renews. Don't use the First premiere or Credit One for anything. Use your capital one or walmart. Once you establish yourself with Capital One, get another card with them. A minimum of three cards (bank cards, not store cards) in your profile is what you want.
