Collections on one credit report
A few years ago, probably 6 years ago, a collections account showed up on my Experian report, I had no idea what it was, then I checked again a couple years later, and it wasn't there.

Now today I got credit reports from all 3 credit agencies as I am in process of applying for a mortgage loan in coming months and the collections account is not on my Experian or Equifax, but shows up on my Transunion.

What steps do I take now because I read that disputes can interrupt a mortgage process, correct?
