Collection not reported
Collection Account was not reported to credit bureaus. They have now contracted with another Collection Agency, should I be concerned that this account will now be reported? Its 5 years old. Should I consider paying the debt?

First off, it is one one of the three credit bureau reports but only two are used here.  You might want to check your Experian report to see what shows.  Also, as covered in the articles here, there is a statute of limitations on collections and that varies by state. In  the majority of cases, it is either four or six years.  Once you learn what it is, you can decided how to proceed, based on information from articles on this site.  Scroll through them to find the needed topic and learn how to proceed.
