Co-signer on a lease agreement
A property mgmt co. ran my credit in response to an application as a co-signer on an apartment from my daughter. They said that I was denied due to a +$500.00 medical bill. I have a score of 709, no debt, and no mortgage. I have payment plans established for a few other medical bills, and I have never been approached for collection. Any ideas on how to see if they can re-consider or do I need to find out what it is and just pay it off?
