Don't go jumping on an offer!!  You will be getting a lot of them but will likely be denied due to the bankruptcy.  Keep the credit card you have now and use it wisely (the articles here give good information on how to do so).  The interest rate is unimportant if you pay your account in full every month.  When you are able to get another card, keep the first one.  It helps your credit history and the increase in available credit improves your credit score.
