closed - Derogatory report? can this be request to remove
how about this closed - Derogatory report? can this be request to remove. In TU show closed - Derogatory stauts, but Equifax just show closed.

Your dates are not adding up. If your bankruptcy was thirteen years ago that would have been when this Capital One account was OPENED. It would not have been open for eight years beyond your bankruptcy if it was included. Look over your paperwork again and try to find out what the correct dates are on everything. If Capital One is reporting incorrect dates, you can dispute it on those grounds, but try to have something for evidence for the dispute.
