Closed accounts?
I have an account that is listed as closed on one credit report and listed as open on another. The account has a negative balance but nothing has been done with it since 2012. What are my best options to deal with this? I am not able to pay it off right now.

You said it has a negitive balance

Which means they owe you.  Contact the creditor and request a refund.  If the account is showing a negitive balance then it is considered open untill it is Zero.

If there is a balance due it would have accured interest and late fees. so it appears that they owe you.

Good luck
