closed accounts?
it says i have five close and six open, all my credit cards i have i haven't closed any... so what does thatmean?

Its hard to tell without seeing your CR. 

If you want more info on the accounts, contact the credit card company and inquire about the status of the accounts,  If you have not used the cards in a long time, they may have closed the accounts for non-use.  If thats the case you can request that the accounts be re-opened.  (if you find that this is the case, be sure to use the cards. I use 1 card for a month, and pay it off when the bill comes in) then rotate to the next card. I have store cards that I only use for Christmas Shopping and birthday gifts) once a year is enough to keep an account open.

If they were not closed for non-use, there may be other issues, do the homework, is the best advise i can give.
