CK counts avail bal from some closed accts (closed in 2008) Bureau reports are all 3 correct
CK shows (some but not all) closed credit card accts with combined (original) credit lines over $15,000 (Discover & Marquis are closed but show in active list). Accts were closed in 2008 and all 3 Bureau reports are 100% correct, but CK is counting the closed accounts as avail credit when determining CK credit score. It has been like this for nealy a year now. Everything looks like it updates correctly on CK, but I cannot attach the cards to a live account to re-update since the accounts are closed. NOTE: ALL 3 BUREAU REPORTS ARE CORRECT! They show the 2 accts as closed, so there is nothing to dispute there. The issue is in how CK is incorrectly interpreting the closed accounts. I understand closed accts will show in full report, but should not be included in live acct avail credit calculations.
