Chase mortgage advise help
My mortgage sold out four times.Chase has it now.Lost employment.Can"t make payment Tried to work with the. The want loan modification. Less payment for longer years. Owed $19,000 dollars.Always paid $50.00 to principal and qualify for farmstead act. never showed on loan. Please give me help. i have tried everything. Now they are trying to do Fannie Mae and some co. called stereos that want $19,000 now. Live in Pa.

The best option is your loan modification. Also look up the info on your PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) because your mortgage should be qualified for payment assistance under the above mentioned circumstances. Don't allow them to give you a hard time. By law they must offer you a resonable loan mod,,, make sure you do exactly what they ask of you.  Good luck my friend.....
