CHARGED OFF MEANS
What does charged off mean? The status on 4 of my accounts state " This account is scheduled to continue on record until January 2018" Does that mean it will be totally removed from my report? Do I need to do anything to get it removed?

"Charged Off" means that the creditor closed the account without any hopes of getting paid the balance due (even though they may still try to collect). If the credit bureaus tell you that an account will remain until a certain date, then it will remain until then and then it will disappear from your credit reports forever. Be absolutely sure that you will take the time to read all that you can about credit so you can gain the knowledge that is needed to have good credit in the future.
