Charged Off account was sent to collections, then...
This is a credit card account that was charged off. The Collections account that owned the debt was sold. So the Original Creditor now owns the debt again.

The OC is still reporting the balance owed, and that I have a credit utilization of 122%. My question is, if they already sold the debt, can they still report the balance owed?

Also, the date of first delinquency was in December of 2010.
