Chapter 7 Bankrtupcy
On 7-1-15 filed for Chptr 7 BK. On 7-31-15 Naviant (student loan) closed the account on their own and notified the credit companies. Bankruptcy was discharged showing no assets mid October, 2015. I was overjoyed that the student loans were closed. Now, mid-December, 2015, Naviant has readded the account to show it is now open. Can they do this, when it was shown closed by them??

Sorry, but federal student loans cannot be discharged in bankruptcy.  They remain collectable until paid off, something your bankruptcy attorney should have told you.
