Validation Letter

Helpful to 3 out of 4 people

you can write a validation letter to the CRA.  You can find a template on line or try CreditInfoCenter.com  You can also file a dispute on line, but i have found that a letter gets faster action.

Send the letter asking them to validate the account, They will either have to prove the account is yours or remove it from your report.

When dealing with any creditor or CRA, make sure you send it Return Receipt so someone has to sign for it. This your proof of when you requested the action.

Good Luck
