Cant dispute error on credit score here anymore?
A couple of weeks ago i disputed an error on this web site (Credit Karma) I went to collections and then under the collection it used to say "see something wrong?" and under it it used to say " we can help you dispute an error with TransUnion." i clicked it and then it would let me do the dispute online.. today i tried to do it with my husbands account because we see an account thats not his but now i cant do it online. now it says "Learn more about how to dispute items on your credit report" and it takes you to a web site where it explains how to do it by mailing the papers. but no online.. this is the website it takes me to instead https://www.creditkarma.com/article/dispute-credit-report-errors

Did they remove this feature? why cant i do it online anymore? please help.

You can still do it online but do it directly with the credit bureau. Go to the site for the credit bureau(s) and find the online dispute option, you will enter your information and it will guide you through the process.
