Your student loan account IS on a credit report.  This site gets information from TransUnion but your student loan account information could be on  Experian or Equifax.  Go to annualcreditreport.com to get copies of your credit reports and look them over carefully.  You'll find your student loan account on one of them.

AND WHILE YOUR AT IT be prepared to file disputes over information on those reports that does not belong to you such as accounts you do not have.  Erroneous information is the only thing you can file a dispute over. The credit bureau then has to investigate and either verify or delete the errors.
