Can I use Power of Attorney gives me right to use family income as my own?
I just want to make sure when l apply for credit they won't deny me for lack of income and refuse my legal Powrr-of-Attorney. My income without with that is less than 900, but with that it'll be around 2400 monthly.

I do not think Power of Attorney gives you a Income.

It does you the authority to act for another person in specified or all legal or financial matters.

Might be better to read thru the Docments that give you the Power of Attorney on what spells out.
