can I trade my car in if i still have open Bankruptcy?
im paying too much interest and will never reach pay off

You should consult with your bankruptcy attorney in order to make the decision.  If the car is included in the bankruptcy, then you will not be able to do anything until the discharge.  If the car has value over the amount owed, it may be required to use this value to offset some of the debt.   Your attorney would know best.  The next question is, if you have a open bankruptcy, you may find it difficult to secure any financing on aother car at a lower interest rate.
