The original lender still has a lien on your car's title, so you're going to have to find a way to pay off the original loan in full before you do.

Another way to do it is to have whoever you're selling to perform an assumption on the loan (where the buyer and your lender agree that the buyer will take over the payments on the original loan - loan assumptions are pretty common when someone sells their RV camper/trailer privately. Just don't expect to make any money off the deal when you do that, though.)
