Can I get a credit card and which one?
Score 653. D in age of credit history (2yr9mo), credit card utilization N/A because I don't have one. A and B in everything else. Will not pay an annual fee, interest rate of little concern since I will pay everything immediately.

With no credit card history, your best option is to find a secured card to use in building your credit.  You'll have to put some money is the card issuer's account and that will be your credit limit.  Also, because of no previous history,  your interest rate is going to be quite high.  That won't be a problem if you pay your credit card bill in full every month because you only pay interest on balances that are carried for more than a month.  There are secured cards available here or you can check with your bank/credit union to see if they have one.
