Can I file for bankruptcy more than once?
I filed for bankruptcy in my divorce which the debtors were granted a discharge dates 2/28/12. How long do i have to wait to file again because I have a lot of credit card debt along with a new car payment, house payment, etc. I have remarried but now my credit is shot at 514 and I cannot get approved for anything.

Generally, you cannot do a Chapter 7 bankruptcy until at least 10 years have passed.  But talk to an attorney and follow their advice.
