Can I apply for two cards simultaneously?

I have a Credit Karma average score of 715, and I'd really like to get either a Discover or an Amex Blue Cash Everyday. My approval odds for either are Fair and Good respectively. I already have a Chase Freedom, but I like the perks that are offered for the two I'm considering, and I'd want to be able to get rewards for using cards without having to think about maintaining a decent utilization rate--and I plan on paying off the balances in full. I thought I'd apply for both at the same time because I don't want to have to wait until my score goes back up after an application, but I'm not sure if it's possible that I keep two browsers open for either card application, and just hit submit at the same time. If anyone has experience with this or could offer suggestions, that would be great!
