Can Creditors Tell if Your Home was sold as Quick Sale
I received a home loan in from 1999 to 2005 that ended in a quick sale in 05. Can creditors tell from the report that it was a quick sale and how does that affect my credit? When looking at it on my Credit karma report there is no indication that it was a quick sale. The last activity on it has been over 7 years and I am trying to determine if I should remove it or leave it on. Obviously I would like to keep it if it is helpful but If not I will remove . Below is the excerpt from my Karma report that has the loan info
