Unless your landlord chooses to report.

The landord would have to pay to report, so they generally don't.

Uness the property is owned by a large corporation that actually pays to use the Reporting Agencies  services, landloards don't report your credit history.  There is no way i know of, other than asking the landloard to report your history.  And then it would only go back to the day they start reporting.  They don't "Add" to your credit report history whats happened in the past.

Making regular payments helps your score because if you don't and the landlord trys to collect back rent, then it will get reported on your credit report.  Same with phone companies and utilities.  They don't report on you untill you get behind on payments.  Then your Credit History take a big hit because it tells Lenders that you can't even take care of your basic needs, That puts you the riskiest catagory of people.

Good luck.
