Can a property settlement agreement release me from a debt?
My ex wife and I co own our home. She lives in the house and, according to our property settlement agreement, is responsible for all mortgage, tax and insurance payments. She is consistently making late payments that effect my credit. Could I use the Property agreement to get the late payments removed from my credit report?
