Can a company make a decision to not report for 3 months?
I disputed a payment with my car loan company, they resolved the dispute and corrected my report. However, since the dispute was resolved they have not reported any payments after. I contacted the company and they stated that they have not reported due to a dispute investigation and they do not have to report again for 3 months due to a freeze they have applied to my acct. they haven't reported since May and they won't report again until August. Can a company make a decision to not report for 3 months?
