By trying to help my credit i have hurt it? What now?
Ive had excellent credit for many years. I am in need of an installment loan so I attempted to help my debt to credit ratio by opening 2 new accounts I haven't done a thing with them but they doubled my available credit. Now my rating is good and not excellent. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably from the hard inquiries.  They come off after a year.

Oops, two years on the hard inquiries.  I think the effect is pretty well minimized after 6 months, though.
