Best type of loan to pay off high interest credit card debt? Great credit score, but no tax income.

Best thing to do is try for balance transfer cards with 0% interest for at least 12, though preferably 21 months.  This will give you a chance to get the cards paid off faster and eliminate the extra interest charges.  Then strive to keep your usage down below 10%, paying balances in full every month.
