Bankruptcy in 08, nothing but paying bills since then how can score be fair? Looking for a rental.
Wanting to know what apt. leasing will find when checking my score. Two of the reports say it's fair... how can that be? I've not used credit cards since Bankruptcy nor paid for anything on time, have only paid bills, which are always on time. I'm disabled and not working since 1995.

Bankruptcy will be reported on your credit reports for ten years from date of filing.  Your good payment record will also be noted.  As one disabled person to another, it is not a bad idea to look into housing that is income based or HUD subsidized.  That can provide decent housing at a reasonable rate, and I recommend it.
