Bankruptcy filed 3 years ago , lenders are still reporting that im late on payments
are they allowed to do this ?

The accounts that were included in your bankruptcy were part of your credit history at the time you filed and may have had late payments at that time.  Filing bankruptcy does not erase your credit history and those late payments will likely continue on your report for 7 years, then they will fall off.  You may wish to re-read the articles on this site so you can better understand thee details of how credit works.
