AUTO account at zero balance since 2008 still on report. Remove?
It's an auto lease account opened and closed in 2008. Not sure if it helps or hurts.

That's funny...  My 2009 Auto account dropped and it was paid off in 2011.

its part of your credit history,  It will stay on your report for 7 years then drop off.  if it's not showing up as a negitive on your report then  there is nothing you need to do.  For new credit, most creditors look at you behavior over the last 24 months so it shouldn't impact your ability to get credit if everything else is in good shape.
