Not to my knowledge. The only time inquiries are removed is if you are shopping for a car or home loan. Then all but one get removed once you select a lender (and this is fairly new they used to all stay on).  But with other credits, once on you will have to wait the 2 years before it is gone.

I will not say they are scamers, but I will say they are stretching the truth.  Those companies can do not more than you can yourself.  If you had several inquires from a home loan and some did not remove then contacting the reporting agencies to get removed can be done, for free by yourself, or you can pay someone to do it. But they can not in any way get legit stuff removed.  Most likely those companies, just send in to dispute everything on your report that may adversly affect your score and hope that some lenders do not reply in time, or do not have readily available the paperwork to prove it. So call it what you may, it is still something you can do yourself with a little work and save hundreds of dollars with the same effect to your score.
