Are there Bankruptcy reporting violations?
My Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was discharged September 8, 2014. In July I had my credit report pulled and saw that several of the accounts that are in my Bankruptcy plan and that are getting payments are reporting as Charge Offs, Not part of the BK and reporting lates. Is this a violation of some sort? I feel if they are getting payments from the Trustee that they shouldn't be able put lates on my credit report. I was looking forward to discharge but now I feel that nothing has even changed for the positive.
