If they are reported to TransUnion and Equifax then they should show up here also.

I have a HELOC and it shows up just fine.

Also,  Credit Karma does not have a report,  They supply the data from TransUnion and Equifax credit reports.

Not all lenders report to the credit bureaus as there is no obligation for them to do so. Some lenders may only report to one credit bureau. If you don't see your mortgage loan on Equifax or Transunion it is possible that it may be found on your Experian report which you will have to get somewhere else as it is not given on here. It is also possible that your mortgage lender does not report to any credit bureaus, you could contact your lender and ask what their policies are for reporting to the credit bureaus.
