Insurance companies do not do Hard Credit Pulls as you are not getting a line of credit  ( at least I have never heard of one making a Hard Pull ) they should be just a soft Pull.

for the Autoloan go to your bank or credit union and get pre-qualified first  then you should only have one hard pull.

I would do the auto loan inquiries within a fourteen day period. The auto insurance inquiries will only be "soft inquiries" and will not affect your credit, but ask the auto insurance company what kind of credit pull that they do to be sure before you allow them to pull your credit.
