Anyone else have trouble with Transunion Customer Service?
I've verified 9 HARD inquires are fraudulent. I have the supported documentation from the respected companies stating they deleted it from their records and 5 of them being so kind to inform the credit burues. . I have mailed (3x), faxed and uploaded these documents more times than you can imagine! What else can I do? Calling them, well, just doesn't help. As soon as I mention Credit Karma, they say they are not responsible. I do understand that, but after purchasing my report - THEY ARE THERE! So for a moment, I was relieved thinking they were removed, but he "made me think" hey, let me check - Costing me $. Anyhow, any advice??

You might want to speak with a consumer law attorney. Maybe file reports with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Finance Protection, etc. whatever agency you see fit.
