Shortly after each card issues its monthly statement (usually within a week), the new, reduced balances should show up on your credit reports and on Credit Karma.

A word of caution, though. While you may find that your score goes up, many people find that their scores go down when they pay debts to zero. The scoring systems don't like zero debt. Best to leave just a little balance on those cards. While nobody knows all the many secrets of the scoring system, it is known that people with the very best scores tend to have about a 7% average utilization rate on their credit cards.
