aged out items still on credit report
I have 7 to8 items that are past 7 years on last report date,,but still show up,,some are refinanced loans, and old medical bills

If they were closed in positive standing then they will remain for 10+ years and that is a good thing, never try to remove positive history from your reports, it would hurt you credit profile/scores. If any of the information is negative and is longer than 7 years, then you would want to dispute it as "too old to report". Make sure you have some understanding about all of this before you proceed to do anything as certain actions may cause even further damage to your credit profile. Do some reading across the net and you will learn a lot.
