After bankruptcy, creditor not reporting car loan payments history
We have a car loan with Up2drive (BMW Financial). We have made all the payments on time before, during and after going through bankruptcy. They are no longer reporting our payment history to any credit bureau. I inquired about it and the phone rep. said I should talk to my attorney. Not sure why I need to do that, I just want them to report our payment history so we can rebuild our credit. We have about 9 payments left. Any ideas on how to get them to supply info., or can I request the credit bureau to ask BMW Financial for it? Thanks.
