After bankrupcty, creditor reports 24 months delinquent payments
I filed for a chapter 13 bankruptcy a 3 to 4 years ago and it ended last year. We stopped making payments on our loans at the time we filed. Our bankruptcy payments were then distributed to the creditors. Two auto loans reported 24 months delinquent payments even though they were paid the full amount, no less than they would have had we not declared bankruptcy. Is this a mistake?
