Account listed on my report but I have never been granted access to use this credit.
A bank had initially approved me for credit and then decided that my information couldn't be proven to their satisfaction thus declining me access to my own account. They continue to list it on my report as open, current and okay. Can they do this and do the banks get any incentive in credit accounts listed?
