It sounds like you owed, and didn't pay, state and/or a federal tax lien of some sort. Do/did you owe property taxes or income taxes?

Call Plan B

My friend referred me to Plan B to get collections deleted and they di just that. they should be able to deleted tax liens go to planbcrs.com
