A new account that I didn't open, credit card company doesn't see it either?
So I received a credit alert email yesterday from Credit Karma saying I had a new credit card account opened on 1/8 at Chase Bank (thanks!).

I have a valid account at Chase, so I called that number and asked them about the new account. They say that they only see one account associated with my SSN, the valid one. They do not see the other "new" account at all.

I went to and could only look at Equifax (I guess I've looked at the other two in the last year, they wouldn't let me in). I entered a dispute there, but I think CK uses TransUnion. Any ideas on what to do next?
